Omnia spreads the Ramadan message
Omnia Dubai, the creative consultancy, with offices in the Middle East, Europe and Channel Islands, has created a microsite to run through the month of Ramadan.
The dynamic site, which was commissioned by Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, gives customers and members of the public the opportunity to spread their own personal Ramadan greetings to friends and family.
Digital Media Director for Omnia, Alexander Rauser, said the challenge had been to develop an online campaign that would remain true to the traditions of Ramadan whilst avoiding stereotypical imagery and messaging.
‘It is very easy to fall in to the trap of traditional messaging and we wanted to create something that was original and engaging, but didn’t detract from the meaning of Ramadan. The end result is an impressive display and melding of the latest in digital media with the core traditions and values of Ramadan.’
The campaign promotes the ethos of the ADIB brand spreads the Ramadan message across the globe.
